The origin of MDF:
We must flash back to 100 years ago in order to study the origin of MDF. At the time that all saw sand of the wood factories tued to trash, a person decided to recycle it and shift the it from trash to a product. By the means of pressure and heat to the saw sand and resin it will change to a thin sheet but high strength product.
The first reaction of those who heard about it, was being shocked because of the thickness and strength at the same time.

The process of wide spreading of MDF:
As we mention before, MDF has produced from the recycled waste material of wood industries which is the own wood. A production which is made from natural material, will be recycled and will retu to the nature again. So it will be recyclable.
The final product has produced, in its primary stage of its existence. But the investors who has the conce of improvement, tried to start a wide spread industry and did not waste the time, and with their possibilities made an expansion and improvement.
What we know as fiber board, is not a raw wooden with irregular or messed up dimensions. It has the capability of covering, diversity of thickness, and diversity of density. Even with different raw material it will be producible. In continue we go on with the details.
Density & weight:
Necessary to mention that fiber boards categorized based on their density. MDF is an expression of medium density fiber board. As well, LDF is low density fiber board & HDF as High density fiber boards are the other categories of fiber board.
In order to calculate the weight of each sheet or board we use some formula which the net weight of each board is the main item in it. Weight of each sheet directly related to density.
How much the weight is higher, the density is higher as well. Of course it relates to the quality as well. All these specifications with each other helps to produce a high quality mdf.
One of the most popular customer questions are about density and weight of the boards. In fact, we can say it is the first question and main conce of the customers. They are totally right as it is the most important and most determining in quantity as it guarantees the final product quality.
In a case the production process, even if one slight stage does not go on correctly, the final product quality face the problem.
The keel of the MDF:
Normally and basically, the keel of mdf is made of chip wood or saw dust changing and improving, the other material such as sugar cane have used for producing mdf.
Some factories with the slogan of not cutting the trees, they use sugar cane instead of wood chips or saw dust, although the final quality productions are much lower. The strength of sheets is weaker and the price as well is cheaper.
Although the quality is somehow weaker, it has its own advocators. For example, Iraq is one of the main destinations for this product. It is just a simple example of its export targets. We will describe more in continue with our article.
Customer expectations at the time of purchase:
As we mention before, the first thing the customer ask about is density and then the price. But for the customer who purchase from you for the first time, the story is totally different. It is naturally normal that people needs reason for their purchase and their trust.
As a supplier or producer, you have a way to send live photos or videos to your customer. Or give a sample of customer satisfaction of your old customer, and the rest of the trust process will occur during the negotiations and corresponding, as well as the risk taking level of different people.

Export is a high professional and wide spread expertize. It is necessary for the experts to enter this area and field.
